£1M ARR flagship rollout
I led the project end to end as a solo commercial lead: won the new-logo acquisition, displaced FreeNow in Ireland, secured Virgin Media's TV business, ran in-person boardroom presentations, aligned implementation and operations, and coordinated with the Ireland country manager, local tech teams, and client stakeholders to deliver a sensitive go-to-market rollout into a new market.

$2.8M committed spend, preferred-provider mandate.
I led the full complex sale cycle to win Uber for Business as Flutter's preferred ground transport provider, then drove a highly complex multi-brand rollout across Flutter businesses including Paddy Power and Tombola. I coordinated numerous stakeholders with different operational needs and setups, won 10+ new logos under the Flutter umbrella, and built the relationship to the point where I became Flutter's trusted global ground transport advisor across EMEA and the US.

I increased wallet share from 20% to 80% in four months, worked directly with leadership as a trusted advisor, and helped scale an enterprise transport rollout into 400+ hotels across EMEA.

New-logo win to ~£3M ARR expansion
I led the sale cycle from outreach to close as a new-logo acquisition, then stayed deep in the account to expand beyond employee travel into new use cases such as clinical trials transport. I built solutions around the client's broader goals, led on-sites across EMEA, and helped grow the relationship into an approximately £3M ARR account rather than walking away after signature.

I led the sale cycle and rolled out multi-product solutions across Sky News, Sky Sports, and Sky Productions, each with different stakeholder groups, transport needs, and implementation requirements. The deal demanded careful coordination, tailored solution design, and enterprise-level stakeholder management from start to finish.

Bespoke solution with 17% booking uplift
I designed a bespoke solution around the client's operational and naming requirements, leading the custom in-app rollout ahead of other regions globally. The work strengthened adoption, lifted bookings, and became the kind of high-touch delivery later praised by Bloomberg travel stakeholder Ian Blackie.
